The Office of Stewardship and Development
The Office of Stewardship and Development serves our parish communities through the following:

Promoting Stewardship as A Way of Life by:
- Assisting parishes in establishing and training Parish Stewardship Teams.
- Guiding Parish Stewardship Teams through the process of educating and forming the entire congregation in the stewardship way of life in a meaningful and fruitful way.
- Planning and coordinating Deanery Stewardship Educational events.
- Production of weekly bulletin stewardship reflections to all parishes, as well as homily hints, bulletin inserts, and other resource ideas.
- Facilitating mini-workshops on stewardship for parish groups such as the CWL, Knights of Columbus, RCIA, Marriage Preparation, Youth groups etc.
- Developing a resource library for the parishes to access.
- Representing the Archdiocese as a member and delegate of the International Catholic Stewardship Council.
- Encouraging pastors and lay leaders to attend the Annual ICSC Stewardship Conferences and Regional Conferences.
Supporting Development in the Archdiocese of Winnipeg by:
- Aiding parishes in promoting stewardship of our financial resources, or stewardship of treasure.
- Assisting parishes in developing Stewardship Envelope programs.
- Promoting the concept of "Planned Giving".
- Guiding individual donors through the planned giving process.
- Providing training for Development initiatives in the parish, i.e. capital campaigns, special event fundraisers, etc.
