He is well recognized throughout North America as a dynamic, eclectic speaker and musician; Jesse shares from his heart the love of Christ and the call to live out our baptism in every aspect of life.

Workshop A Prayer (French)

Workshop B ~ Worship Revival

  • Presenter: Couples for Christ, St. Patrick’s Parish, Archdiocese of Winnipeg
  • Description: Praise and worship is a gift of the Spirit and a wonderful form of prayer. Learn new ways to make God’s presence strongly felt and how to praise God through song.

Workshop C ~ Icons – More than Just a Click on the Screen

  • Presenter: Very Rev. Richard Soo, S.J., Chancellor, Archeparchy of Winnipeg
  • Description: Isn't this just worshipping idols? Why do they look so Weird? And what good are icons anyways? These questions will be explored in the workshop

Workshop D ~ Breathing with Both Lungs

  • Presenter: Vicky Adams, Archeparchy of Winnipeg
  • Description: The workshop will explore the Eastern Churches within the Catholic Communion and how Eastern Christianity makes the Church Catholic.

Workshop E ~ Much More Catholic Countdown

  • Description: To be a Catholic means much more than going to Mass every Sunday. Explore the Top 20 benefits of being a disciple!

Workshop F ~ When the Rubber hits the Road – What is Social Justice

  • Presenter: Nicole Hoard, Coordinator of Youth Ministry, St. Vital Parish
  • Description: We’re going to explore what social justice is, why it’s important and how we can hit the road running when it comes to being fierce social justice warriors!

Workshop H ~ Family – Where the Roots Begin

  • Presenters: Margaret Craddock, Director of Catechetics, Archdiocese of Winnipeg
    Koreen Hritzai, Coordinator of Catechetics, Archdiocese of St. Boniface
  • Description: The Gospel is transmitted and radiated so that family life is transformed into a journey of faith (GDC # 226). We will explore ways that we continue to journey with our young people as they grow in age and wisdom
